Eddie Garcia is the Principal Consultant at Bridger Direct, LLC, a procurement services and sourcing firm that specializes in supporting government agencies and small and medium size domestic businesses through complex federal procurement opportunities. 

Eddie has held senior roles in federal procurement and policy, where he helped strengthen the domestic industrial base and supported the implementation of major initiatives across multiple agencies. Drawing on deep expertise in federal acquisition rules, he has contributed to high-level policy directives, guidance, and interagency coordination efforts.

Earlier in his career, Eddie managed large, complex contracts in the defense sector and served in leadership roles in the U.S. military. He has also gained experience in both the executive and legislative branches through policy and budget-focused internships during law school.

Eddie holds a J.D. and a B.A., serves on several nonprofit and advisory boards, and has been recognized for his contributions to federal budget and policy work, including a state-level appointment.
